A bit about myself

I studied art and ceramics and progressed to Photography and Glasswork.
My Passion for Glass started 17 years ago and for Photography 20 years ago.
I have my Glass workshop mid wales near the Elan valley
I love to explore reactions and texture in my glasswork which is inspired by nature and the local scenery.
There is no wastage in Glass making as even the smallest scraps are re melted into glass pictures and bowls
I love nature, the local environment and Culture observing what is happening around me in the present moment which inspires a lot of my work.
I create unique jewellery and pictures which are made by layering the glass up with different colours and melting them in a kiln at high temperature to create unique one off pieces. Some of these go through the kiln several times to build up the depth of colour and texture each piece being a bespoke item of work.
All Glasswork is Handmade in Wales

My photography is Inspired by the world around me and mainly of Nature.
